John founded Product Safety Consulting in 1988. He has 32 years of Product Safety and Compliance experience in a variety of consumer, industrial, and commercial electrical products. He has helped manufacturers understand and feel good about overall Product Safety and also get them into Compliance with Certification Bodies around the world (UL, Intertek, CCC, CE, etc).

Patrick is an accomplished technologist with a broad range of experience. With time spent in communications repair and management in the US Marine Corps to years of product design and testing in the lighting field. Patrick honed his skills in the lighting field, dealing with product safety issues with companies like Advance Transformer, Venture Lighting, Intertek and Ohyama Lights. Patrick obtained his BSEET from DeVry University.

Dan has over 30 years of experience in the product compliance field: two years as EMC engineer for a computer manufacturer, followed by almost 30 years at Underwriters Laboratories (UL) between staff and management roles in Engineering (safety & EMC), Sales and Sales Operations. He is a member of the IEEE Product Safety Engineering Society and earned a BSEE degree from the University of Illinois.

Phil has experience extending from the manufacturing sector to various safety laboratory roles, primarily with NRTLs. Background includes senior management positions overseeing domestic and international operations. Has worked in the development and implementation of business strategies related to field evaluations. Current memberships include IAEI and IEEE. Earned an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University

Paul joins us with 28+ years of certification experience in Telecom, Industrial Controls, and a variety of other product categories, including conducting safety testing across UL, CSA, IEC, ANSI, TIA/EIA standards both in the lab and on-site doing Field Evaluation labeling. Paul has managed projects from $10K-$1.2M, delivering on time and under budget. He’s also led international teams of up to 9 people and has extensive knowledge of USA/International standards.

Myriam Anderson is a highly skilled operations manager with many years of experience in optimizing efficiency and driving growth. With extensive experience across diverse industries, she possesses a keen eye for process improvement and resource allocation.
